Watershed Program Implementation Requirements Study (2005)

Weitz & Associates conducted a personnel and equipment assessment (2005-2010) to project staffing needs and recommend new personnel and organization in the city’s Public Utilities and Planning and Zoning Departments. 

City of Kennesaw, GA
Community Development Department Assessment (2004)

The firm was hired to consult with the city on whether to reorganize its community development department and assist with key hiring decisions.  The firm produced a report with recommendations for organizational structure, staffing, and operations.
